this new year i would really like to be all that i can be. some of my goals to help me achieve that are:
no junk; no fast food, or soda, always stay hydrated and drink a lot of water.
3 sets of 15 crunches and 3 sets of 10 push ups every day at the same time. minimum, that's just the default workout.
exercise not only the body, but also the brain.
- productive time responsibility
take only well deserved naps, and get up at a decent hour, get the right amount of sleep, go to bed on time.
have a reasonable monthly budget.
give yourself time to meditate, and relax everyday.
have an activity that you can practice and make a passion. some of my ideas for the new year are: photography, rock climbing, surfing, cooking, swimming, pottery.
take good care of: teeth, nails, hair, and skin everyday.
- surround yourself with good
shed bad habits and loser people.
- practice healthy relationships
appreciate friendships and adapt to good family values.
keep your living area tidy so your mind can be clear, understand the importance of a clean environment. respect your house and the earth.
